House is situated 5 min walk from Wimbledon Park tube station (district line).
Wimbledon is just one stop away with the tube and 20/25 mins walk.
There is a bus stop (156) 2/3 min walk from the house and it servers a night bus too.
We have lots of shops close by or by walking distance and a shopping centre within 10 mins bus ride.
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside.

Rent is total £ 712 (£630 rent + £41 council tax per person all to pay directly to the landlord) + around £50/60 bills each (water, gas, electricity, broadband and cleaner).
Deposit to agree with Landlord.
