Great double bedroom available in 1st floor, central Wimbledon flat. Flexible move in date throughout march!

*The Room*
Bedroom comes with double bed, drawers, built in wardrobe and large window so there's lots of natural light. The room is alot more spacious than the photos appear - my current housemate used a lorry sized van when she moved in so there's definitely more than enough room for those with lots of belongings!

*The Flat*
2 bedrooms, kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom with bath and strong shower, hallway and very large living/dining room (even more space for storage!) with fold out sofa bed and dining table/chairs. There is also a front door intercom and two extra storage/airing cupboards in the hall . There is a communal grass area at the back of the building which is great for sunbathing but I prefer the park as it is so close!

*Location*
Centre Court shopping centre is right at the end of our road, as are Wimbledon trains, tubes (district line) and trams. Trains go around every 3 minutes to Waterloo and journey time is around 15 minutes. About the same distance in the other direction is South Wimbledon tube station which is perfect for the Northern line and tubes go every 2 minutes or so.

We are right by South Park gardens, Wimbledon High Street, restaurants, shops, multiple gyms and a large cinema. The area is such a safe, quiet place but with everything you could possibly need so close.

*Rent*
Rent is £725 per month and bills come to around £100 per person each month. Security deposit will be needed to secure the room.

*Parking*
On street parking is directly in front of the flat. There's always room as its a very quiet road and a yearly permit is around £90.
