I am traveling for three month and hoping to rent out my double room with newly-renovated ensuite and small home-office space. I am looking for someone to take the room for a couple of months between early January and early April (but I can be flexible on dates).

The room is large, bright, and airy and comes with a queen-sized double bed and large built-in wardrobe. There is also space in the bedroom with a desk and chair, a small library of books, and a comfy leather chair. The flat has a spacious living room with dining table and large-screen TV, and the kitchen is modern with new appliances.

You will be sharing the flat with Laura who I have lived with for over two years. She is a clean and tidy professional who does a good job of looking after the flat while I am away, and we are looking for someone similar, preferably a female.

There will also be the option of renting the room out again later in the year for a couple of months if required.
