Double bedroom in a modern terraced house with garden available to rent. All bills are included in the rent.

We can only offer a temporary five-month contract as the landlord is likely to move into the house in summer or autumn 2024. After the initial five months you would be on a rolling monthly contract- meaning we could end the tenancy at any time, with at least one month's notice (though we'd try and give more warning where possible.)

The property is located on a quiet, residential street but is just a ten minute walk to Colliers Wood tube station. This is the only spot in the area with free parking options.
