Hello,

I have a room available in a top floor apartment. The room is available from the end of March 2022.

Bedroom (2.67m x 2.67m). The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe, under bed storage and shelving. The velux roof window makes it a light and airy room (there is an automatic blackout blind). There is also space for a desk in the room, if you work from home (which can be provided).

There is an open plan kitchen/dining area/living room, with access to the balcony. The bathroom is a shared bathroom (pls note - not en-suite). The flat is non-smoking (including the outside balcony area) / no pets.

£700 per calendar month - which includes bills (fast broadband wifi, tv licence, gas and electric, water, council tax).

Location - less than a 15 min walk (0.7miles) to Wimbledon Underground (District line) / National Rail / Tram or it is 5 mins on the bus (frequent buses go past the door). You can walk (<1 mile) to Wimbledon Village / the Common in under 20 minutes.

About me

I work in Operations for an Italian food company - working from a mix of home, the office in central London or in Italy (one week in five). I’m interested in sports (football, squash, badminton, cycling), travelling, volunteering, films/tv, visits to the pub - all the usual stuff. The flat is a new build, so I like to take care of it and keep it very clean and tidy. I’m looking for an easy going housemate with a similar living style.
