The property is located in a lovely area in Wimbledon very close to transport (5 min from the Wimbledon station, 10min from the South Wimbledon station, 5min from tram station) and shops (5 min to Morrisons and Tesco).
There is a tiny park just in front of the property, you'll see it from the bedroom.
The house is a lovely space to live where the current 3 flatmates are around 25-27 years old and we all enjoy spending some time together, watching movies, having drinks. We are looking for someone who likes to socialise every now and then as well as respecting each-other private lives.
