We have lived in our lovely home for nearly 3 years and one lad us flying the coop for their next adventure we are looking for someone who is fun and wants a home, not just a house!

The house is fantastically locates next to a 24/7 tesco garage next door and South Wimbledon tube station (northern line) just a 1 minute walk away. Wimbledon Station (district/circle/overground) along with Wimbledon High Street also only a 10 minute walk away, there is also a bus stop right outside the house with 5 routes (BRX, CLP, PTNY, SURRY). The house is also a 20 minute walk away from St Georges Hospital in tooting

There is a shared lounge complete with outdated DVDs/Netflix/Xbox One, a modern downstairs bathroom for the two rooms along with a modern kitchen along with a garden which has seen its fair share of BBQs

The entire house is furnished but there is definitely space for someone to bring a bit of themselves and their things

The room is a very large double w/ ensuite with modern fittings. And let's in loads of natural light during the day. Room comes furnished with bed, mattress, clothes rail, black chest of draws and desk (no chair). Also within the room is copious amounts of storage built into the walls.

The current roomates are young professionals one working for a high Street PERi-PERi chicken chain (mike) and the other working within video/media (Victor) we enjoy being social and the occasional party along with quality conversation

We are flexible on viewings either in person or remotely and have some flexibility on the move in date!

Bills are roughly 150 pcm each (depending on the gas/electricity situation)
