Hi I’m Georgia, double rooms have become available from March 1st. The house is a four bedroom property with a shared kitchen, sitting area and storage room. The property has a nice sized, private garden, Wifi is included. It is a furnished property and conveniently located between Wimbledon and Raynes Park station (20 mins walk to Wimbledon station and 5 mins to Raynes Park station). You can be in central london in less than half an hour.

The house is occupied by 4 absolutely lovely ladies. They keep the house immaculate and are very kind and respectful. I feel honoured to have them as tenants. It’s a really lovely house share to move into.

We are not including other bills this time due to the rising cost I feel it would be unfair to increase the rent so high to cover the uncertainty. The tenants have been sorting this themselves with no issues.
