Good sized single room in lovely Wimbledon. Close to transport. District line, Northern line and main trains all within 10 minutes walk. 4 minutes walk to Northern Line. Very clean, low occupation household, no fighting for bathroom etc. The kitchen in the picture is 2nd kitchen and sitting room for your use. It. is separate to mine mine, and on the first floor. Shower, gas heating. WiFi. Park down the end of the Road and very close to all shops and cinema, theatre. Lots of cafes and supermarkets all very close. The street and home are quiet as blocked for through traffic. Looking for respectful, tidy lodger who is on same timeframe as us, up and busy/out to work during the day(sorry, no work from home) and quietish n the evening for all our comfort.. Clean and tidy and be willing keep. it that way. Nice to come home to a clean place. Not a party house so if that's your thing, sorry. Other than that it's pretty comfortable/calm and great location. Do have pets but they can't get to rental area unless by invite!
