I have a spare double room in a recently renovated, modern flat. Ideal for anyone working in South London or only 30m tube to get into Bank/London Bridge.

The flat was renovated last year, and i have been furnishing the place since then.
- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, sitting/dining room area + large converted attic space.
- Attic (to be furnished) to be used as an office/art design space, yoga/workout space and spare bedroom for friends and family to stay around
- Car parking and balcony (perfect for sun sets).

We are very reasonable and understand any requests you may have and as I am living too in a new flat. Will help to find solutions to any problems you/we may have.

About me
I am 30, very sociable, outgoing male who works hybrid of some days in office/wfh. I have a creative streak so occasionally will write/draw. Spend mixture of spending time at home, unwinding reading, cooking, watching TV/films or outside playing hockey/football or out seeing friends. I make an effort to keep the flat clean and tidy and love to cook and share meals! I want to create a homely atmosphere, where we cook for each other and friends and family are welcome to come over and chill but also independence is respected.
