A room is available in a tidy, well-appointed property on Queens Road in Wimbledon.

During the week, you’ll have exclusive use of your own bathroom. You’ll be able to leave personal effects in your wardrobe, set of drawers, and under-bed storage.

The property is a 2-minute walk to Haydons Road station and has a bus stop, which is a 3-minute ride to Wimbledon or an 8-minute ride to Colliers Wood. Wimbledon is a 12 minute walk away and the Village a little further away.

Parking is available for a small extra charge, I normally rent it out via Just Park.

You’d be sharing with me - I’m out a lot at work, the gym or playing football, so it will feel like you have the place to yourself during the week.

I have a dog, but because of work commitments, he is currently staying outside London (you may see him in the photos). However, a real dog lover or cat owner could bring their pet. Or, ideally, if they wanted to help me look after mine, I’d love to get him back to London.

I will consider full-time lets for a short-term period, but that will be 1150 PCM. Similarly if a couple is interested in moving in then that will also be a higher cost.
