5 minute walk to local amenities and wimbledon station for district line and overground. 15 minute walk to South Wimbledon station for the northern line.

You would be subletting from our lovely housemate Sara who is currently acting in a play in Bristol. As well as living with 6 others, a cat (kiwi), two rabbits (Joni & Prim) and a dog (Sadie).

Please note you must like dogs as Sadie predominantly stays in the communal living areas & loves a cuddle 🐶

Rent: £600 (incl. of Wi-Fi, council tax etc)
Bills: water & electric approx £80-£120

We are all female working professionals (22-27), some locally and others in the city with blended schedules of both WFH & in office which the house has ample space for as we have a big shared work/studio space & table in the lounge.

We are looking for someone who is chilled, tidy, an animal ‘liker’ if not lover and sociable ✨

We try and meet up as a house where possible, usually going to music gigs together. As well as host wine/cheese/dinner parties at the house🍷

We tend to fight the Sunday scaries together chilling out in the lounge and we aren’t shy to hosting the odd party, however also all love our alone time so keen to find someone happy to go with the flow ✨
