Looking for a tenant to take over a double room in gorgeous sunny flat in Wimbledon.

You will be sharing with friendly 25 year old doctor Jim. Works in ICU and so this works well for home working. Sociable and happy to grab a drink on evenings. Resident Siberian cat, Joni, who is hypoallergenic and very friendly!

Room is bright and airy with double bed and wardrobe with space for a desk beneath the window.

Rent is £925 per month bills charged separately and amount to approximately £100-150 per month.

You would be taking over my place on the tenancy which has until February left. So this would work well for someone looking for a short term let, but with potential opportunity to find an additional flat mate after February and extend your tenancy!

Flat is located on gorgeous Leopold Road in Wimbledon which has cafes, restaurants, florists and independent shops. Drop Shot Coffee is just down the street and famous in Wimbledon! Perfectly located with about 10 minutes walk to either Wimbledon main station (overground: 15 mins to Euston via Vauxhall) and Wimbledon Park (District Line). Wimbledon village & Common only 15 mins walk, multiple bus routes on the doorstep too.
