Hi,

I’m Eve I live with my friend Milly in our three bedroom house in Wimbledon. We are looking for someone to take over the 3rd room on the lease as our housemate unfortunately had to move home.

We are both students at UAL, I study at the UAL Chelsea campus and Milly at Wimbledon. We love to host dinners and have wine nights round here. We’re very tidy but not OCD haha. We like a relaxed night in but also enjoy going out to the local pubs. We aren’t just looking for a flatmate but also for a friend who we can hang out with and do fun things together!

The room is really bright and has a big King bed. It has double windows so lots of natural light and is the largest room in the house! We also have a lovely living room with a big Tv, a sofa and dining table. The kitchen has a dishwasher and we also have a washer / tumble dryer. The bathroom is shared between 3 but is really nice with a shower/bath and storage. We have a big garden with furniture also!

In terms of the rent Wifi is included in the monthly price but we do pay bills on top per person. (Council tax also but as students we do not pay this) We do usually pay our landlord 2 months rent at a time as we agreed this is a fair way to make sure the rent is always paid for! The landlord is also really responsive and is always happy to help out with anything we’ve asked for.
