THE AREA
Raynes park has a host of lovely bars, restaurants and cafe’s as well as a large Waitrose, Co-op and a small Sainsbury's. A large Tesco Extra (New Malden) is close by.

The house is located a 10 minutes bus to Raynes Park train station which connects with many areas such as Kingston (9 minutes), Richmond (30 minutes), Wimbledon (3 minutes), Clapham Junction (11 minutes), Vauxhall (16 minutes) and Waterloo (21 minutes). The 163 bus stops at our door which goes to Morden station (Northern Line) in 15 minutes, Raynes Park station in 4 minutes and Wimbledon station in 15-20 minutes.

If you drive, the A3 is minutes away and the M25 takes about 20 minutes to reach.

There is a large green space less than a 10 minute walk from the house and David Lloyd’s flagship club is only 5 minutes further.
