Please read the DETAIL in this ad. Look at the available date. carefully. The flat is on the third floor of a multi occupancy block, no lift, with a mixed population next to Morden Mosque and a park. MORDEN TUBE Zone 4.

Although generally very active, (swimming, working at my garden allotment) I have stage 4 cancer which manifests as difficulty in using my left arm and leg and heavy lifting and sometimes fatigue. For this reason, it may be possible to negotiate the rent downwards pro-rata for someone who is willing to help with weekly cleaning and shopping and cooking.

I play in a band sometimes and recently released a small self-published book of poems which has raised money for a charity.
The room would suit someone who maybe works or studies part time. Working from home is fine, the Wi-Fi is good. You should have a caring nature, be empathetic and have a good sense of humour, the latter is really important as I have a very good sense of humour.
You will have a caring nature, and possibly be a creative person in writing, music or the Arts or someone from a care background. In fact, someone energetic, with good positive energy is ideal.
If you go to the gym or swim, even better, there is a pool nearby and until recently I was trying to swim weekly. I respect space and privacy, sharing food sometimes is helpful as my energy levels can be low due to the cancer. I am an occasional meat eater, but often vegetarian. I do not drink or smoke.
Unfortunately, there is NO washing machine here, but items of washing can be added to a fortnightly service wash at no cost.
