We have this cosy double bedroom available in a great house, just a few minutes walk from Wimbledon Chase and Raynes Park stations.

The communal area is clean and well-maintained and includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances. 🏡

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

The 20% discount has already been applied. After three months, the amount will be £220 p. w. for a single occupant.

A holding deposit of £200 is required to secure the room. This amount will be deducted from the balance due later.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

If you choose to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial three months, no additional utility payments will be required.

We provide free maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi! ✨ They’re on us—not included in the bills or rent. Just our way of making life easier and more comfortable for everyone! 😊
