Hello, I'm away for 2 months from late November and looking for someone to take a short term let on the whole house. It's a very nice 3 bed semi detached with garage, study, lounge and garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac in Horsell and close to schools/shops.

Entire property for £1600 while I'm away from the 27th November to 21st Jan.
Why such a good rate, this sounds like a scam? It's true this will only cover around half my expenses, but something is better than nothing.
