A single bedroom with built in wardrobe and an additional external storage cupboard for sole use. Single bed and bedside table in the room but can be moved out if you want to bring your own. Shared bathroom with one other lady. Shared kitchen, dining-room, living room, snug/office, downstairs toilet (with all 4 housemates). It is a detached house within walking distance to Woking town centre, Goldsworth Park, St. John's, Horsell. Serviced by good local bus routes and train station.
. Nice sized garden which is mostly grass, and includes a shared rotary washing line. Parking on the road outside and/or space to store a bike in the garage or back garden.
We are looking for a female to join us in the house as are we are already a house of ladies and the bathroom is shared. We are all responsible for keeping our rooms clean and tidy, and all pitch in with keeping the shared parts clean and tidy.
We have inspections from the letting agency every 6 months.
Netflix and Disney+ are included in the rent. As you will see from the pictures one of us is a bit of a Lego fan and another has a few cuddly toys!!
Because of different working times we all cook our own meals and eat at times that suit us individually, there is usually a bit of cross over with someone but we don't often all sit down to eat together unless we decide to get a take away together. Shared fridge and freezer but usually lots of space to bulk cook if that's what you like to do.
