Fully furnished and with double bed. Wi-fi. En suite. Own fridge, shared kitchen. Shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ample parking. (There is no bus service in the road so a car is essential. )

The house is occupied by my husband and I, three lodgers who have their own private quarters but share the kitchen, and grandad who has an independent annexe.

As this is a short let, we will be looking for the £2,100 payment in advance.

We are a friendly but quite quiet household so if you’re looking for an instant social life we’re not for you :-)
