We are two females friendly flatmates looking for an other female flatmate.
We are looking for a clean person to be part of this little family and share the flat with us.

It's a big double room (single use) furnished in a flat.
*Includes* : double bed with mattress + big wardrobe + chest of drawers + *NEW* sofa + *NEW* coffee table
It's 10 mins walk to Wood Green Station.
There is a bus stop right in front of the door if you don't wanna walk ;) They all go to the station after 3 stops.
There is a Tesco and many off licences right in the street next to the building.

The rent is £695+ approximately +/- 110 bills (water, electricity, council tax, internet gas is on top up).

We have internet in the house that works perfectly.
