Hey girls 👋🏼

I am sadly moving out of my lovely house in Wood Green and am looking for someone to fill my room from 10th October. The house is super girly and cosy with 3 bedrooms spread across two floors, with an amazing garden which gets a lot of sun ☀️

The room 🛏️

The room is a big double on the ground floor. It comes furnished, with a double bed (headboard not included), mattress, curtains and blinds, chest of drawers, shelf unit and wardrobe. There is no desk in the room but plenty of space to fit one! Please note the mirror, chair, clothes rail, and bedside table are my own so they do not come with the room.

Rent for the room is £800 pcm, and bills are normally between £100-£150 a month.

Transport & local area 🚇🌳

The house is located in a super quiet residential area on a lovely road and is a 10 minute walk to Wood Green tube station (Piccadilly line). It is a very well connected area, 30 mins max direct into Central London, 15 mins to King’s Cross and lots of buses which go to Green Lanes, Stoke Newington and Dalston. We are also very close to Finsbury Park, Ally Pally and Muswell Hill/Crouch End. The surrounding area is also great as we are right by Wood Green high street which has a huge shopping centre, 3 gyms and lots of lovely cafes/restaurants!

Contract 📝

The new housemate will be taking over from myself on a 12 month contract starting on 10th October so you will need to be ready to sign on this date and move in then or soon after, unfortunately this cannot be any earlier. As it is a new contract, long term lets only please - unfortunately no short terms will be considered.

Housemates 👯‍♀️

You will be living with the wonderful Sheli and Lucy, both 26. Sheli is a trainee clinical psychologist and Lucy is a makeup artist for Charlotte Tilbury. It is a very sociable house and everyone does their own thing most of the time, but we really enjoy spending time together both inside and outside of the house and would love this same dynamic with the girls’ future housemate. We like to spend time in the living room and kitchen cooking or baking (Sheli makes the most incredible brownies and banana bread so you will be welcomed with lots of baked goodies!) together and watching a good film, series or trash tv in the evening. This isn’t a party house however we have been known to throw a garden party (we have excellent space for it!) here and there and enjoy going out for drinks in the local area and exploring all the fab pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes north London has to offer. I cannot vouch enough how much of a fab time you will have living here with these girls!

The girls are looking for someone who is clean, respectful of other people’s space, chilled and also wants to make this house their home. They are looking for someone around the same age so 25-29 only please, students or professionals welcome!

No couples or pets though please!
