All bills included. Use of washing machine. Separate shared family bathroom upstairs and ground floor loo. 15 min walk into heart of Worcester, 40 yards from River Severn in quiet, dead-end road leading to river. Free on-street parking.
The furniture in the bedroom has changed from what is pictured but photos shared for example of bedroom size. Small outdoor seating area at back of house.

The house is a calm oasis that supports simple living. I go to bed early and get up early (mostly!) - you will obviously have your own routine and the house will support that. I prefer to live harmoniously with everything having its place.
