A beautiful spacious 2 bed flat just 5 minutes walk away from Chelmsford train station. The flat is on the 4th floor. The large master bedroom with skylight window is up for rent. It is a very spacious fully furnished (double bed, large wardrobe, 2 bedside table and dressing table) bedroom. The rent includes bills (water, electrics, maintenance fees, internet and council tax). Mattress is included with the bed. There is a storage cupboard and cupboards in the kitchen for extra storage. The kitchen includes pots, pans, plates and cutlery and has plenty of cupboards for storage. The kitchen is kept very tidy and clean by myself and my current tenant and I’d expect the same level of cleanliness from the new tenant (no dirty dishes left in the sink!). The bathroom will be shared by the new tenant and the existing female tenant.
Local area
The flat is very secure and safe with two security gates. The flat is 6 minutes walk to the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the town centre. There is a Tesco Express or Coop within 5 minutes walking distance. Underground parking is available upon request.
About landlord
I am a 27 year old female and work in London. I’m moving back to London as my commute is quite long from Chelmsford. I am quite a clean person and would expect the tenant to be clean too. I am very laid back but would like the tenant to be respectful of the flat.
Current tenant in second bedroom
I currently have a female tenant in the second bedroom called Francesca. Francesca is a nurse and is at work or out and about most of the day/night so I don’t really bump into her much. She’s a clean and friendly girl who has been living with me for about a year.
New tenant
I am looking for a female professional tenant aged 25-38. The tenant needs to be clean and tidy. Happy for the tenant to have a few friends round but no big parties!
