We have a furnished single bedroom available for professionals or students, Mon-Fri, in the heart of Chelmsford, 4 minutes walk away from the bus station and 8 minutes walk away from the train station. Central Park and town are a short stroll away. As you most probably know, Chelmsford is a terrific city, offering a bustling town with an array of shops & entertainment. We are close to large superstores and retail parks and pretty much everything else one would want at our doorstep.

This is provisionally a short-term. Present occupants are landlords. We are a young family of 3, so a tenant will need to respect the environment with regards to cleanliness and noise level. You will have access to the communal areas, 80ft garden and parking spot (we have a driveway that can fit 2 cars ... just about!). We have a no shoe policy in the house as we have beige carpets (poor choice, I know). We unfortunately won't accept external parties (friends) in the house without prior consent as we are working professionals which require prompt restful nights.
