It is located in wythenshawe very close to the hospital and airport. It Takes 20 minutes to drive into town as it is situated very close to the princess parkway. It is also Very close to the M56 and other motor ways.
I am renting this out for £695 without bills. Feel free to give me a call about the apartment. Bills are not included but will not be too much. Council tax is around £85 per month and gas and electric comes to about £40 per month. I want to move out so that is the reason I am renting this flat out. Short term let’s accepted.
