Hi! I’m looking for a new female flatmate to share a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in York city centre, as my current flatmate is moving out.

The flat comes with:
- 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- Shared living room and kitchen

A bit about me — I work for Aviva and usually work from home 2–3 days a week. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and would treat the flat as a home rather than just somewhere to stay. Ideally, you’re also a professional.

My current flatmate will move out at the end of June, so the room will be empty from then. A new tenant can move in from the end of June once the referencing process has been completed. However, the official tenancy agreement for the room will commence on 12 August, when the current tenancy ends.

The tenancy agreement is rolling, but I’m hoping to find someone planning to stay for at least a year.
