It is approximately a 5-10 walk into the main hub of the city and a 20 min walk from the University on Heslington West. There is a bus stop outside the road for services including the 66 bus and 7 bus to the designer outlet. Due to the proximity to town bus stops for most routes are within walking distance.

The house is quiet, and clean.

The bedroom on offer fits a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers (all included should you require them) with space to add in a desk/shelving unit or other further furniture of your choice (not included). The pictures do not do the room justice. It is light due to the big window in the room and is more spacious than you can tell from the pictures - viewing is definitely recommended. There is flexibility with moving in dates as the room is currently unoccupied.
