I live in a two-bed terrace close to the city centre and the University of York.

I usually live here with my partner but am looking for a roommate to live the extra room while she's away over the next month.

I spend most of my time away from the house either at work or doing other bits, so the house would basically be yours to roam free in.

The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets (espresso machine, blender etc.) and crockery.

Rent would include all bills. We've got a NowTV box in the lounge that you could use as well as Freeview.

We have a cat called Charlie. He's friendly and will only bother you if you want him to!

If you're just about to arrive in York and are looking for somewhere to stay while you find something more permanent. This could be the place for you.

The room is only available until the middle of July.
