The room to let is a small, fully-furnished double room with a shared bathroom, a spare room with a dehumidifier and clothes horses to dry laundry, a downstairs toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen with dual-fuel oven and a shared cozy living room with a Smart TV.

A very, quiet, peaceful house complete with cats, so pet-lovers are a must!
