Hi everyone, we’re looking for someone to take over the rent for the room included in this post, in our 4 bedroom house in York, located in Clifton Moor for £165pw with bills included.

The house is shared with 3 lovely girls, has two bathrooms, a big garden, and this room includes a walk in wardrobe and also an extra room with two wardrobes for storage. (The house has had some slight renovations since these pictures were taken too! It also now has new couches and a new dining table) It’s only a 20 minute walk away from York St John University, and the tenant must be a student, have proof of right to rent in the UK, and also have a UK based guarantor. They also will be asked for a deposit as well as the first month’s rent payment.
