The courtyard is a right sun trap and has secure bike storage, cosy Ratten garden furniture for those BBQs and a Hamoc to chill on :-) The living area has a large corner sofa bed also for those friends of yours that may visit York. There is plenty of parking also along the street. A cleaner comes to clean the property on a regular basis which is also included in the rent. This house would make an ideal home for a clean and respectful young professional who wants to live near the city centre.
