Hey, we’re Sarah and Sam and we’re both 26 years old. Sarah works in Management Consulting and Sam works at the head office of a retail bank. We’re looking to let out our second bedroom.

We’re both very friendly and we try and keep the flat neat and tidy. Both of us are morning people, rather than 2am night owls, so looking to find someone similar!

Our current flat is less than 5 mins walk from Angel tube station and is 20 mins walk into central London and the city!
The flat is mega spacious, neat and tidy and is absolutely gorgeous (tall ceilings and parquet flooring in the lounge)!

We’re both very active and enjoy running, going the gym (a fab part of the flat is that it's 4 mins walk from 1Rebel) and being outdoors.
