Hello, I am a 40 year young friendly, professional lady. I consider myself to be considerate, fair and responsible and also house proud.

I would love to have

+ A house/flat share with 3 people incl myself
+ If more then ideally 2 WC and 2 bathrooms.
+ All the sharers to be considerate to doing chores/cleaning and keeping communal areas tidy
+ I am working from home atm so flatmates to be respectful of noise, no banging doors and singing or loud talking etc
+I like to chat, but give space too
+ Cupboard space in kitchen and fridge and storage space/wardrobes in room. I am a from birth vegetarian
+Not essential, but nice to have a communal lounge

What I would love NOT to have

- no reptiles, rodents, cats😳👎
- immature, drama filled people 🤦‍♀️
- smokers 🙅‍♀️
- loud talking & door banging people
- unhygienic people 🙀.

I don’t mind living with elderly homeowners as someone to look out for them. Where I live currently I care for the owner on some days as she lives with dementia. I have been a IT mentor and befriender with AGEUK Barnet.
