We're friends & housemates, and our landlord's selling, so we're looking for either buddy-ups or a houseshare with 2 rooms available. Becky is currently on housing benefit (though partly self-employed) and Jess has recently got a job with a school in Greenwich, working remotely for now -- but we have good landlord references and guarantors. Kye works at the London Aquarium.

Budget given is overall, not per person.

We're looking for bright rooms, ideally spacious ones and somewhere we can work from home for the foreseeable future. We'd like a balcony and/or garden.

We're friendly and chatty - Jess likes film, startups, video games, anime, studying languages, etc. Becky like fantasy books, theatre and dancing. Kye likes video games, cosplay, and make-up.

Jess speaks good Japanese, Becky speaks very basic Italian, and we're ESL teachers so we're great at using easy-to-understand English with non-native speakers.
