Hi all!

I'm Nathan, 28 years old and a mature physiotherapy student (second year) at King's College London.

I am also an ex-professional, having worked in management for a global brand for 7 years.

I'm currently in Stamford Hill and my current tenancy expires 20/09/2020 and I am looking to move in the week commencing 14/09/2020.

I am seeking one of the below:
- A studio flat/apartment.
- A 1 bed (double) flat/apartment.
- A 1 bed (double) flat-share/room.
or, the possibility to buddy up. in a bigger residence.

Ideally in these areas or, surrounding:
Highbury/Islington
Stoke Newington
Hackney/Clapton/Dalston
Finsbury Park/Holloway

My budget is around £750-1050pcm dependent on accomodation.

Wants & Needs:
- Double bedroom with good sized space for storage.
- Secure bicycle storage attached to the premises, or for local rental.
- Within 45 mins commute (cycle or public transport) to London Bridge as this is where my University is.
- Washing machine.
- Clean and like minded buddies only please.

About me:
I am big into health and fitness, and currently training for a number of triathlon, duathlons and half marathons. I also enjoy watching football, boxing and F1.

Outside of sports, I love engrossing myself in new cultures, whether that be food, music, languages (currently learning Spanish and French) or locations.
