I am a male 23 yrs old physics student at the University of Edinburgh planning to rent a room starting in mid-August. The upper limit of my budget is 900 pounds per month.

I will spend most of my time in KB so I prefer the location near it. Buddy up is welcome, but I prefer to buddy up with students so we don't need to pay the council tax. Well, a little about myself: I like traveling, opera, table tennis and cooking. During the semester time, I usually spend most of my time studying either in KB or my room. Sometimes I go to the swan lake near Arthur's seat at the weekend and the Festival Theater if there is a show I am interested in.
