25 year old working professional (Tech Programme Manager) looking for a flat to join, or flatmates to buddy up and move with (max 3-bed). Looking around W2 area, close to Paddington Station.

I'm a very organised, career-oriented individual, who never misses a 6am gym session. I lead a very healthy routined lifestyle, and am very neat and tidy ESPECIALLY when it comes to common areas (kitchen, living room, shared bathrooms). Ideal housemates would share my values in this respect.

I've got many interests and hobbies, some noted in the interests section. I get along quite well with anyone, am very sociable, but also respect privacy religiously.

Staunch follower of the 80/20 rule, and avid subscriber to the 'work hard, play hard' philosophy. Pretty much working most of the time (full-time job + part-time startup), but definitely know how to have fun on occasion (think: techno/DnB rave). Definitely keen to be out & about and building my network in London (professional & personal).

Quite flexible on the move-in date, probably looking towards end of mid September > early October.

Happy to have a chat about anything, and obviously I'd think a few discussions with potential housemates are warranted to make sure we're compatible.
