I am a female working professional aged 34, looking for a neat double room in central London. I am available to move from 31/01/2022 and have a budget of £950pcm incl. bills.

I would like a non-smoking room, preferably without pets. I prefer sharing with considerate but friendly housemates, ideally between 25 and 40 years old, but this is not a stringent requirement.

I would prefer a room which is close to tube station (max 15 mins walk away), and I would not prefer places accessible via trains. I would prefer a kitchen with dishwasher and washing/dryer.
