Accommodation within a walking or cycling distance to the city center of London would be nice.

A studio or a shared accommodation will all be accepted as long as the place is clean, tidy, well furnished, and well maintained. It would be nice to have fewer than 2 housemates sharing the public area, they should have a regular lifestyle, be diligent in keeping the place tidy and clean, friendly.

I am always a good tenant, no smoking, no pets, and take good care of the property as my own home.
