Hey, I am a 25-year-old simple and cheerful girl, moving to London in end-Feb/ early-March. I would have lived in The Netherlands for 2.5yrs before moving to London. I'm looking for a buddy-up (preferably with another working female in the age group of 24-30) who is happy to set up our new home together (budget of £1200 + utilities) or a full flat (higher budget okay for that). I'd prefer to have a home with sufficient options for ventilation (so a windows person) and space for some green additions. I will be working mostly from the office (60-70%) but will prefer to anyway have my workstation in my own room. I am a tidy person (but not a cleanliness freak and would prefer to live with someone with a similar trait), like to cook and indulge in craftwork in my free time, and am a generally social person. I would prefer to share my home with someone who is open to sharing some activities together but can also respect personal boundaries. I am not a very rule-based person and like an easy-going environment, so parties and social gatherings are welcome, in fact, encouraged as long as they are (mostly) pre-discussed.
