I'm a 30 year old female currently renting in Wandsworth looking to upgrade from my current place where I have lived for over a year.

I work part-time freelance (self-employed marketing) and part-time as a tutor for adults in digital skills. I am also studying part time in data and software engineering.

I have lived in many places across the UK and Australia and miss the beach! I am hoping to find a relaxing, 2-3 bedroom house share by the coast with access to London for work when needed and to surf on coast. I will be staying at my boyfriends in London also too often and visit friends across country every few weekends. I have a car which I use for surf trips and for occasional work purposes so would need parking (on street with permit scheme is ok). Must have a living room and any outdoor space would be great too if possible 😊

I prefer a quiet home over a party house and dont mind pets. In fact, I'd welcome them!
