Hi, I'm a new post-grad econ student of UCL and will move to London in late September 2022. I'm looking for a room within 30mins tube of UCL main campus, better without transfer.

I prefer rooms with good light and can suit in a large study desk. It would be perfect if the room or flat has a balcony/terrace/shared living room. It would be good if there is a park/river nearby.

I'm easy-going and not freakily clean but prefer to keep the common areas tidy. I would be happy to cook together or hang out on weekends in the city, go to theatre, have a drink, etc.
