Hey,

I'm James, 26. I'm looking for a double room in a friendly, easy going flat-share in North/East London.

My budget is roughly £900pcm, preferably with bills included but it's not a deal breaker.

I'm a UX writer/designer for a savings bank and work in government.

I'm a chilled, easy-going guy, not a huge party animal, but always happy to head down to the pub.

I'm hoping to find housemates that don't mind hanging out, maybe cooking or watching the occasional film together, but still being respectful of each other's space.

I'm clean and tidy too, I like to keep my house a home. I've shared before and made some great friends, so hoping to do the same again.

In my free time, I like to read, hang out, catch a movie sometimes. I love music, gigs + I'm a big nerd for museums and galleries.

I'd say the most important thing for me though, is living with people who are LGBT+ friendly.

If you think we could be a match, get in touch, I'm always happy to chat if you've got any questions for me too.
