I recently relocated from Canada to London and am looking for a room in August. Move in date is flexible. I’ll be working as an Energy Analyst in Shoreditch and ideally would like to live somewhere close by. I do have the option to WFH 2 days a week and would prefer a double room big enough to fit a desk. The ability to WFH is more important to me if the flat is far from Shoreditch to reduce the days I need to commute.

I’m laid back and easy to get along with. I appreciate a clean and tidy home. Somewhere with a shared living area for socializing but not a party house. I’m looking for the same in flatmates.

I’m open minded and love hearing about other’s stories and ambitions. I’m well travelled and I’m looking forward to exploring London, the countryside, as well as city breaks. I used to work in oil and gas but.. well… climate change is real so now I work on the environmental side.

My budget is 1000-1200pcm and would prefer only 1-2 flatmates but I’m flexible for the right fit.
