Hello! My name is Davit, I just graduated from New York University with a degree in Psychology and I am starting a new job in London this year. I did my study away in London and fell in love with this city. I am physically active, into classical art, and I travel frequently. I also speak Italian, English, Georgian, and Russian, so we might be able to find a common language!

I have to say I value my independence and freedom a lot, especially since living in different countries and not always being fortunate with suit mates. I am very clean, respect everyone's right for silent evenings, but I'd also like to occasionally bring over friends or dates. Ideally I want a suit-mate with the same attitude.

What I am looking for: Max 4 people in the apartment if there are en-suites/more than 1 bathroom or 2 bedroom apartments. Canary, Ladbroke grove, London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Waterloo areas. Willing to consider things a bit far out as long as metro close and an access to Central/Piccadilly line is there.

What I am NOT looking for: rude landlords who don't bother to take accurate pictures or hold online viewings, apartments with more than 2-4 people, apartments with too many people sharing one bathroom, flats far from metro, and apartments too far into South and South East.
