We’re two 22 year old male professionals looking for two rooms in either a house share or our own property. My friend Ethan works full time as a chef in South London. I (Matt) just finished uni at BIMM London and will be working as a guitar teacher and barman, whilst also continuing with professional music endeavours. We’re tidy, respectful and sociable. Happy to keep to ourselves, but also always up for socialising and spending time with housemates inside or outside of the property. We’ve known each other since school so get on well and both have experience living in shared accommodation. We’re happy to live with anyone provided they’re not overly messy and are respectful of others and their belongings.
