Hey,

I’m looking for a large, bright, studio/ 1 bedroom flat or a large double bedroom, in a shared house with no more than 3 other people who are tidy, considerate and preferably also creative /with similar interests. A place with balcony/ terrace/ garden access.

I’m a creative. I love music especially live music, I dance, act and learning to DJ. And also have my hands in other creative projects.
Wanting to create a harmonious sanctuary with good vibes.

I own quite a few plants and have a few belongings and would need a decent amount of storage and to be able to put up shelving that I own. (I use pins and hooks & I’m quite good at D. I. Y )

A place with good soundproofing for privacy. So I can have a phone conversation in peace, create and carry out zoom calls.
