Full shared access to kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden.

Kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, freezer, electric cooker, microwave, fryer, kettle, toaster and everything else you can imagine. More kitchen pans than you will know what to do with.

The gardens a bit of a construction site but I am working on it. Space for bikes, to sit out in the sun and even crack open the bbq.

All bills are included; Council Tax - Gas** - Electric** - Water - TV License - Virgin Media Broadband and Rent – Total £690
**from April 2023 depending on the energy price rise will be an increase of the excess new cost split between the 4 of us. Hopefully it’s just in region of £15-20 each.

Toffee is my pet rabbit, you don’t have to do anything for her, she lives in the living room.
