We have a double room available to rent in Pontcanna. We live right opposite the park which is great for BBQs and exercising. There are great pubs and restaurants right on the doorstep, which is where you’ll find us enjoying a pint on the weekends. The house is about 15-20 walk into Cardiff centre, or take the scenic route down the taff trail into town!

Currently there are three of us in the house and Luna the beagle. We socialise together now and again but are equally happy doing our own things. We are looking for a tidy respectful house mate who’s sociable and out going and friendly.

The room is a good sized double which is bright and airy garran who’s leaving is taking the bed and wardrobe is staying. The house has two bathrooms a big lounge and dinning room a middle room which we use to store sport equipment like surfboards and bikes etc and a modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small back garden so there is a place to chill outside.
